The clock is ticking for your Holiday 2020. What to expect

With the first charter flight to Dalaman already arrived and the first holiday flight from England scheduled on the 18th of July 2020 the holiday clock is ticking for many of you. The countdown to holidays has never been so critical. What to expect on your holiday in Marmaris, Icmeler Turkey.

Wearing masks is required everywhere except for eating, drinking and swimming venues. The current fine for not wearing a face mask amounts to 900 Turkish lira.
What this means for you as a tourist? You will need your masks everywhere except the beach, pool area, restaurants and bars. Most of you are around there anyhow, aren’t you 🤫

Social distance is maintained in shops, banks, hotels and all indoor public places. There is a marking on the floor, please watch out for those whenever you visit a public place in Marmaris.

Marmaris residents are generally careful and stick to the current restrictions. Marmaris Governor himself goes around to check with his team. Our recent article tells about that.

The good thing this year is the hygiene is placed on top level. The hotels that are open have undergone all tests to apply for a ‘Safe Tourism’ certificate this year.
