The weekend forecast for Marmaris has been fulfilled with rain, wind and a thunderstorm last night. The rain has continued this afternoon. The nature is as fresh as ever after the hot summer season with no rain at all since June. The first storm is coming tomorrow to Bodrum and Fethiye and the ferries were cancelled, postponing many travellers’ plans till Monday.
Our team took photos on the river Azmak, near Marmaris just before the rain started again. Heavy clouds make a rather dramatic background on the photos. These photos look more like surrealistic art, than true life photos.
