Covid-19: New restrictions
Covid restrictions are to be further tightened in all of Turkey this week, starting tomorrow Wednesday November 18th, with the closure of pubs and restaurants.
The worst-affected areas remain to be Istanbul and Ankara. A week’s school holidays will be continued until end of the year as per official announcement tonight.
One of the most recent restrictions is that people under 20 years of age are now allowed to go out from 1 P.M. until 4 P.M.
While people over 65 years of age are now allowed to go out from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m in Turkey.
Weekend lockdown hours are from 8PM till 10AM. This means you can go out from 10AM until 8 PM only on weekends in Turkey and Marmaris.
Shopping centers and markets, barbers, coiffures, take away services will close at 8PM.
Cinemas will be closed until the end of the year.
Football matches will be played without spectators.
